Jennifer Osborn

I am a Certified Christian Counselor with a heart for walking with women and families through seasons that may feel confusing, challenging or like a heavy struggle. I value thoughtful listening, honest conversation, and faith‑based principles that encourage grace, responsibility, and growth over time.

I believe people heal and grow best when they feel safe to be themselves, without pressure or judgment. My work is shaped by life and recovery experiences, and I am deeply relational in nature. I aim to meet people where they are and offer steady, compassionate support rooted in truth. I firmly believe forgiveness is key to healing and that leaning into meaningful relationships builds community and brings peace.

Reflection and meaningful connection with my friends and family matter deeply to me, and they inspire the welcoming spirit of The Ruby Root.

My family and inspiration

Family life has been one of my greatest teachers. Our home is a blended family with teenagers (and our furbaby!), shaped by the realities of divorce, adoption, and rebuilding after loss. We have walked through recovery together, learning about forgiveness, boundaries, resilience, and grace in real time. Through years of involvement in recovery groups and faith‑based ministry, I’ve seen how healing often happens slowly, imperfectly, and within relationships. That lived experience deeply informs the way I listen, support, and walk alongside others. This perspective shapes the heart of The Ruby Root - a place where real life is honored and growth is allowed to unfold naturally.
